Regulated tariffs by Government
Dental care in the Netherlands is completely privatized but insurers do offer coverage in their supplementary packages. Costs are well regulated by the government so that no dentist, no matter how lovely their practice may look on the outside, is allowed to charge you over the stipulated government rates for each treatment.

Invoice and Infomedics
At Keizer Karelpark Tandartsen, we’d rather take care of your teeth than spend a lot of time to our financial administration. That is why we have outsourced sending and collecting invoices to Infomedics.
Your invoices will be sent directly to your health insurer by Infomedics. You will receive an invoice at home if the invoice will not be (partially) reimbursed by your health insurer. If you are not insured for dentistry, you will receive the invoice at home straightaway.
Do you have questions about your invoice? The answers to many questions can be found here. If your question is not listed, contact Infomedics by calling 036 - 20 31 900 or sending an email through their contact form. Or go to https://www.infomedics.nl.
Complaints Procedure
In case you feel we have treated or informed you unjustly or inaccurately, please contact us. We would like to invite you here to discuss and clarify your complaints.
If we are not able to solve this by ourselves, you could use the complaints procedure of the professional association KNMT and ANT.
Change or cancel appointment
In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend, existing appointments can be changed free of charge up to 2 working days before. We can then offer the freed up time to another patient. If you do not cancel us in time, we are unfortunately forced to charge you for the reserved time. You cannot cancel appointments made by email.
